Regional Dmel Lead Iii, Asia Pacific
Current• Provide leadership, vision, and strategy on DMEL activities and generate high levels of integration and collaboration within the Asia-Pacific region • Develop regional DMEL plans that include concrete steps to operationalize learning agendas and collaboration, learning, and adaptation (CLA) approaches • Establish systems to implement regional DMEL practice • Guide the Asia-Pacific region's headquarters and country-based teams, including resident monitoring and evaluation (M&E) officers in the country, in identifying, developing, and utilizing performance monitoring tools and systems to strengthen program management and donor reporting • Serve as mentor/coach for country-based and regional M&E staff • Facilitate step-down training with regional DMEL staff and professionals and guide staff in training local partners in key areas including data collection systems, data analysis, data quality assurance, data aggregation, and adherence to ethical standards in data management. • Conduct and facilitate program design sessions, and ensure that the design process includes sound monitoring, evaluation, and learning plans and that program design meets donor requirements.
