Currently employed as a licensing representative for Pennsylvania State government, I am an experienced manager and operations professional with a background in sports administration, human services, customer engagement, and financial management. I have successfully managed the Accounts Payable department for an international advertising agency, improving the processes of billing employee expenses and tracking budgets for timely receivables and payables.I have also assisted in the operations of the athletic department for an elite Philadelphia private school. While there I created more efficient ways of managing team and contact databases, improved communications with the school community and partner schools, and brought fresh ideas to the league pertaining to bolstering athletics presence and addressing challenges like competitions distance against daily schedules.Lastly, I spent more than twenty years in field hockey, as an athlete and a coach at the high school varsity level, and founded a training club, Penn Elite FHC. The club's purpose was to provide additional individual and small group instruction year-round. My training and coaching helped players earn Most Improved Player awards, places on All-Area and All-Mainline roster selections, with athletes competing at the Division I, II, and III collegiate levels.As the founder of the club, I managed every area of business operations- negotiations (field space/time/price), schedule management, hiring staff, curriculum development, recruiting athletes, marketing and branding.Ultimately, my unique skillset is adaptable to many industries. I can arrive to any new situation, learn the job that needs doing and thrive in it.
