I was a floater in all positions. Some days I was a baker, some days I did Tea sandwiches and wraps.I also did the position of side prep( Vegetables and garnishes). Appetizers( Up to 1600 at a time). Also responsible for casseroles and take out foods, as well as customer service.

I was a night time dinner cook/ supervisor. I also was the full time breakfast cook for the last 3 years of my employment there.I was responsible for ordering and receiving.

I started off selling beer and hotdogs in the concession and worked my way up to second cook. I was responsible for opening, closing,banquets, theme nights. some menu planning , ordering and receiving.Breakfast, lunch and dinner cook.

My Mom and I were owner/operators of a fine dining catering and bar service for 5 years.We did Private and corporate Parties. We were a full service caterer, we come in throw your party and clean up prior to leaving. Garbage out, floors swept and mopped.
