 Provide vision, motivation, training, development, and support for the Customized Employment Coordinator and the Customized Employment Team. Lead, monitor, and participate in the Discovery based employment process / job development process and Employment Consulting process. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve target objectives. Increase revenue and manage team expenses.

I am an active board member on our state chapter of APSE, the Association of People Supporting Employment First. APSE is the only national organization that focuses exclusively on inclusive employment and career advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities. I volunteer as a member of our communications committee and focus on growing the APSE message: fostering the employment of more adults with disabilities in the workforce. I focus on outreach for trainings and activities and the development of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and our website. I am also a member of the Employment First Coalition, a statewide group that campaigns for the advancement of competitive, integrated employment through public policy & legislation.As co-president (since January 2018), I help to manage agendas, facilitate board meetings, foster the participation and development of board members and shape the direction of the organization's training and advocacy efforts in the state of Minnesota.

* Focus on the continued growth of employment services at Dungarvin through collaboration with other industry leaders, lead agency personnel and DHS* Responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of internal practices that position the department to be able to respond to ongoing and evolving market forces, ensuring financial viability and consistent, service quality* Provide oversight for the referral and intake process for all unit-based services including employment, IHS, HSS and 24-hour emergency responder service* Responsible for the oversight and development of three employment services program directors, the referral & services coordinator and the employment services of nearly 200 adults with disabilities and mental health challenges * Member of Dungarvin's 245D committee, helping to ensure fidelity to state licensing standards * Coordinate response to significant customer service issues* Facilitate new program development including HSS, VRS & Lyft* Fulfill 245D Designated Manager requirements

* Was responsible for the oversight and development of four supported employment program managers and the services of nearly 150 adults with disabilities and mental health challenges * Was a member of Dungarvin's 245D committee, helping to ensure fidelity to state licensing standards* Helped to develop, implement and improve internal processes and trainings in order to widen organizational capacity* Coordinated response to customer service issues* Fulfilled 245D Designated Manager requirements

* Translated essays, texts, captions and biographies from Spanish to English for C International Photo Magazine* Copy-edited text and captions in both Spanish and English versions of the publication* Initiated contact with internationally-renowned photographers and their agents to secure the rights to publish their material* Communicated regularly with other members of the production team, including designers, writers & printers
