As a Construction Project Coordinator at SSI2, LLC., I performed administrative aspects of projects for the entire company and provided support to the Managing Director, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Accounting Manager. I worked with Project Managers to ensure project set-up forms were completed properly and in a timely fashion and obtained all necessary permits and city licenses. I communicated with subcontractors to ensure timely response to general questions and inquiries regarding invoicing and gathered all required Certificate of Worker’s Comp and Liability insurance forms from them. I also created training materials and conducted one-on-one training for the Project Coordinator position.Prior to that, I was a Project Manager at Wells Fargo for over six years, where I managed projects in the Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. I collaborated with Product Manager and Scrum Master on Agile project team to ensure all requirements were met prior to release of technology changes. I successfully managed large-scale technology projects that impacted multiple lines of business across the enterprise. I applied Software Development Life Cycle best practices, resulting in efficient project delivery and enhanced product reliability. I worked closely with Enterprise Release Management partners to coordinate releases and ensure a game plan was documented for all phases.
