The primary accountability is to build and lead key global functions/teams that provide strategic and tactical support for the business.

Accountable for the identification, initiation, and execution coordination of Organizational Change Projects with the objective to achieve company agility and resilience.

• Responsible for alignment and successful delivery of all Product capabilities in scope of the Merger Programme, consisting of 12 delivery projects run across 11 months. • Active participation into Programme Governance set-up and implementation at Product delivery stream level, throughout the Programme execution. • Decision making facilitation as well as distilling options into recommendations • Responsible for all Product delivery reporting and alignment of activities with the Operational set-up and Migration execution Programme Streams.

• Portfolio Management of all Gaming and e-Commerce development initiatives, from concept to customers, within company governance framework. Progress tracking and reporting to Senior Management.• Line management to 8 Project Managers assigned on projects across the Portfolio. • Define and maintain the Roadmap with supporting quarterly delivery plans whilst aligning with internal and external partners. Ensure Roadmap design and planning accurately reflects Business priorities and clearly articulates Business benefits to be realised over the financial year.• Coordination of the project approvals by Senior Management throughout the project lifecycle.• Create and manage Business Stakeholder matrix adapting communication and engagement activities appropriately.• Responsibility for successful delivery of projects and programmes, within the owned portfolio, to plan and budget, while ensuring that the deliverable meet the underlying Business Case.• Lead the Project Management Team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects across the portfolio• Work closely with Senior Management stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects. • Ensure that realistic project plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate. • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.• Ensure projects are reported on in-line with the Project Teams communication strategy • Responsible for monitoring and controlling resources assigned to projects, revenue and capital costs against the project budgets and managing expectations of all project stakeholders.• Supports the team by initiating corrective actions across projects• Responsible for monitoring demand for Project Management resources and adjusting supply to meet objectives• Develop talent across the team by identifying both the strong points and the improvement requirements

Responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, co-ordination, execution and delivery of software development projects into a fast paced organisations where time to market, quality and rapid change are critical to success.

- Contribute to the overall testing effort on projects and strive to improve the efficiency and coverage of all testing techniques and processes- Responsible for enacting agile values and practices- Point of contact for all products customers- Resolve prioritization conflicts and remove impediments- Facilitate the communication between the team and the Product Owner- Promote team communication- Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions- Assist in the improvement of engineering practices and tools- Organize and facilitate agile meetings (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo and sprint retrospective)- Manage the releases by obtaining the sign-offs from product customers and supervising the deploy

-Line management of a team of functional QA engineers- Assess product usability and reliability and provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to developers and product managers- Work with the Project Manager and Development Lead to define the project scope based on estimates, for an annual releases

- Providing an escalation point for software quality issues- Develop and maintain test cases, ensuring optimal test suite size for desired coverage- Develop test plans that adhere to the company’s Quality Assurance Approach- Maintain regression test pack following software releases- Document software defects clearly and unambiguously and track these defects through the test lifecycle, until they are resolved or deferred to a later project
