Human ResourcesJob Responsibilities:✔Develop, maintain and administer new hire orientation programs, employee on-boarding, prepare offer contracts for selected candidates.✔Prepare paperwork for terminations, Records of Employment, Full/Final Release papers, exit interview processes.✔Interpret, analyze and create company policies to ensure Company vision, mission and goals are achieved.✔Counseling and mentoring employees and Management team to provide impartial determination to employee issues and to seek an effective resolution.✔Manage all aspects of the payroll for 200+ employees (salary and hourly payrolls) to ensure that payroll transactions are accurate an in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.✔Accurately process and transmit salary and hourly payrolls using Ceridian HPL system.✔Responsible for all aspects of year-end processes and reporting; T4 processing, T2200 preparation for Commissioned Employees, EHT reconciliation, WSIB reconciliation.✔Responsible for all aspects of benefit administration; coordinate leave of absences, short and long term disability programs, tracking new hire eligibility, enrolment of eligible employees, maintain employee records.✔Return to Work Management-work closely with Benefit provider, WSIB and injured employee to facilitate early/safe return to work to lower cost to company.
