In this role, I assign and track monthly target goals for work done by target language experts. I review and revise test passages to ensure compliance with test specifications and suitability for target proficiency level. I also write test items that meet test specifications. I create and maintain multiple spreadsheets and databases for performance tracking within the organization.

Monitor quality of content on website and facilitate contact between Principle Investigators and OLPA to ensure accuracy of scientific study summaries.
