Performs contract liaison functions not requiring signatory authority of the contracting officer.Performs resource advisor/financial management functions in support of the contracts. Searches out, analyzes, and evaluates impact of proposed and existing contracts; presents findings to 21 MDG management. Receives initial requests for contract requirements for a variety of purposes such as maintenance on equipment; healthcare delivery services; healthcare support services; training, equipment and supplies. Responds to bidders' inquiries in order to clarify items in the statement of work and assure that all prospective bidders understand the magnitude of the work. Provided valuable suggestions to commander/flight leaders on ancillary, upgrade training, and 8570 specialty certification program qualifications for 404 military and civilian assigned personnel. Enhanced knowledge and understanding of trainees, trainers, supervisors, and leadership by organizing effective Air Force and USAFE-level training sessions. Ensured adherence to Department of the Air Force Instruction while presenting programs health and compliance to supervisors/squadron leadership. Highlighted and resolved problematic areas through timely implementation of corrective actions by working closely with commander.

Managed coordination among Air Force Personnel Center, Air Education and Training Command, and headquarters staff course managers to ensure seamless workflow while administering $1.1M formal training program. Used Oracle training administration system to update Mission/Non-Mission Readiness Training Program (MRTP) quotas. Tracked command no-shows/force gains and unconfirmed training quotas by working closely with 72 functional managers. Planned and organized military and civilian specialty training programs, tracking upgrade training, and scheduling ancillary/formal classes for 371 personnel. Served as training focal point for USAF Expeditionary Center while monitoring schools' training and collaborating with Community College of Air Force (CCAF) and functional area manager (FAM) to support expeditionary and Mobility Air Forces (MAF) training for 36K personnel annually. Acted as Community College of Air Force (CCAF) accreditation manager for 290 selectively manned instructors, including administering academic training/courseware development program. Delivered executive-level support and guidance in instructional system development workshops to ensure effectiveness of 98 courses/43 mobility disciplines.

Delivered valuable oversight/guidance for replacement of 1377 medical/non-medical equipment assets valued at $7.7M. Involved in notifying turning in all excess/unserviceable medical/non-medical equipment to local Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO). Conducted Medical Logistics custodian training on procedures/operating systems. Administered quality control of financial documents processed in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) systems.

Managed medical War Reserved Material (WRM) assets of total of $6.1M, including inventories/replenishes 2.9K expiration dated stock. Identified needs and purchased supplies/equipment items for 9 assemblages worth $1.1M. Handled controlled drugs/medical materiel/73-line items and monitored resource protection while working as primary vault custodian. Processed $300K worth of expired material for credit considerations during credit returns program management. Supported 36th Wing, Department of Defense Education Activity, and Air Force Reserve units by overseeing $2.5M supply account, $6.1M medical War Reserved Material (WRM)l packages, and $1.3M annual supplies/equipment.
