Navigators responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: assist with placement and interaction with clients to appropriate treatment and recovery services; assist with ensuring that recovery program services are supported by addressing trauma while also collaborating with systems partners to ensure coordination of care; assist with supervising program staff and coordination/monitoring of program services. Navigators provide case management services based within the hospital setting, transportation, legal services, health care, and family resources.

 Attending meetings with various other substance abuse providers, probation officers, CMO workers to provide information about the facility Representative at Children’s Inter Agency Coordinating Counsel for Monmouth and Ocean County, Juvenile Justice Commission, along with other county groups to create and implement ideas to further success of troubled adolescents.  Complete client BioPsychoSocial then gather and present client information necessary for state funding  Conducting meetings with difference organizations to explain our program in depth to boost referrals to our facility  Facilitating adolescent intakes for all incoming clients Completing quarterly reports for the Juvenile Justice Commission

 Central communication for all Human Resources departments in our facilities across the country Recruiting, completing new hire process, and onboarding employees for central building Handling any employee relations issues or questions regarding our policies Assists VP of HR with employee reviews and career development Input all associate status changes, rate increases, promotions and terminations. Point person for issues within the central office and answer questions from employees regarding company policy Responsible for conducting monthly office rallies with company news, activities, and prizes to boost employee engagement Monitoring organizational charts for their accuracy for every building in the company Assist in recruiting, screening, and arranging interviews for open positions in all buildings including the new Direct to Consumer building  In charge of Partners in Time community service events supporting countless organizations Organize and oversee Make Magic Recognition Program to show appreciation for Macy’s employees with awards ceremony and luncheon.
