As Director of Business Development, I am responsible for overseeing client relationships, business development and strategic initiatives for Ridgemont Commercial Construction. Focused on planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets, I thrive on formulating and executing project pursuit strategies, coordinating strong project team members and identifying new business opportunities for Ridgemont. I proudly joined Ridgemont in 2018, and have been instrumental in bringing a wide variety of industry knowledge to the company, having worked in the A/E/C industry and Commercial Real Estate for nearly 20 years. An alumnus of Tarleton State University, I also graduated from the Urban Land Institute Center for Leadership and Leading Edge Fort Worth. I currently serve as the Board Secretary for CREW Fort Worth and am a member of Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Council and am the Co-Chair of the Tarleton State University Construction Science Advisory Council. I am also a proud recipient of the prestigious Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 Award.In my spare time, I co-host of the critically-acclaimed comedy podcast, Scandalous Diamonds, which is a deep dive into Jackie Collins’ romance novels, as well as perform as the upright bass player for the Ultra Club Big Band.
