As a manager on the Business Requirements & Relationships Team, I was responsible for delivering large budget (up to $20M) and high profile Cox Video On Demand (VOD) projects on time and on budget, through the management of development and deployment teams comprising resources from the business, technology, field, and third party vendors.

As a member of the Technology Planning & Analysis Team, I was responsible for providing functional leadership, strategic direction, and program governance throughout the design and development of the Cox Wireless line of business, often leading cross-functional teams made up of internal, external, and offshore personnel through short-term tactical efforts. I communicated the solution and implementation strategy to C-level executives from both the Business and IT.Overall, I maintained the strategic partnership between Cox and Oracle through the constant assessment of the Oracle Communications Suite implementation, which included CRM, BRM, AIA, PoS, OSM, UIM, and ASAP, and its alignment with the Oracle product roadmap.

As the Project Manager of a Business Intelligence Team, I was responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts through the requirements definition and design phases of an enterprise-wide Business Intelligence solution and communicating those requirements to the business stakeholders and technical team.As the Manager of a Quality Assurance Team, I was responsible for managing a team of seven Quality Assurance analysts and directing the team’s software delivery testing activities, which also included creating planning and analysis documentation and level of effort estimates and participating in solution design.

As the Functional SME on a Marketing Data Mart Team, I was responsible for providing Subject Matter Expertise during the design, development, and testing of the Marketing Data Mart, Business Objects universe, and associated reports.As a Business Analyst on a Data Analysis & Reporting Team, I was responsible for providing on-site daily support to approximately 30 Business Owners and for ensuring successful implementations of new and enhanced functionality through detailed requirements definition and analysis.
