Led a team of 6 students, who found a viable solution to Keurig’s environmental and profitability struggles by proposing an eco-friendly K-Cup vending machine and a strategic alliance with a German recycling plant. Dana was directly responsible for project management, market research, and building the deck.

Dana and her team took first place at the 2017 New Jersey County College Case Competition (NJC4) by devising a dynamic business solution for 'FriendFace' (Facebook) struggles' prior to 2012 by proposing a complex platform which utilized eCommerce & mobile social media engagement to increase user retention and revenue growth rates.

Facilitated a positive guest experience at one of the top-grossing Lululemon stores in New Jersey. Educated guests in the areas of product, culture, and community by speaking authentically about product use through personal experiences as a former Purebarre & Cyclebar Instructor. Managed day-to-day operational matters for Bergen County Freeholder Vice-Chairwoman Tracy Silna-Zur. Attended the 2016 Democratic National Convention as her aid. Actively participated in internal meetings and closed sessions with lawmakers/stakeholders in Bergen County, New Jersey as representative for Zur.
