Network Operations Center-responsible for manpower planning, scheduling and payroll for the NOC work groups, including both Dispatch and Central Load Planning. Works as the company liaison to union work groups covered by the PAFCA and IAM agreements. Responsibilities to ensure and maintain FAA mandated regulations as well as Training and Standards qualification and training needs. Manage both day to day operational supporting needs and act as a strategic partner with operational leaders to ensure optimal workforce coverage. Proactively work to seek out, develop and implement improved and streamlined business process and technology.
