I created Movement Solutions over 30 years ago because I saw a need to reconnect people with their own natural healing abilities. I work closely with my patients – getting to know them and their goals – so that I may help them prevent injury or find relief for a wide variety of symptoms. My approach is based on each person's needs and is often highly effective because I'm not limited to any one system. I've dedicated my life to the mastery of healing techniques like Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, Pilates, the Feldenkrais Method and more so that I may help my clients move into their best possible place – especially when other, more "traditional" methods have failed them.
