As an IT Sourcer I had various responsibilities such as:◦ Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn) using Boolean Logic for both Backend and Frontend positions;◦ Select potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements;◦ Contact candidates and conduct prescreen;◦ Participate in interviews with the HR Manager;◦ Develop short list of candidates and working with department heads to complete projects;◦ Complete and maintain the integrity of the database;◦ Prepare and submit various periodical reports;◦ Develop and maintain a good collaboration with other departments.
