Dana Nichols is the Head of Human Capital at Matterhorn Capital where she is responsible for the firm’s Human Resources and office management. Her experience ranges from marketing and community engagement to administrative duties. Dana has held roles in educational settings, as well as, in the nonprofit sector. As a former secondary mathematics teacher, Dana brings her attention to detail and organizational skills to her role. Dana received her B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in mathematics education.

Woodlynde School is a private school for students who learn differently. Each student has individual learning goals and strategies for success. Dana taught sixth grade subjects math, science and language.

At Radnor Educational Foundation, REF, Dana was responsible for tracking the grant process from initial application through post grant evaluation. She also organized foundation fundraisers and followed donation patterns to further engage donors.

Represented New York clothing line Etcetera. Dana marketed the business, recruited clients, and worked as a personal stylist.
