Responsible for operating the maintenance management systems for 2 properties at BC Cancer. Coordinates preventative and demand maintenance activities for the Facilities Maintenance Operations department. Front-line management of calls, emails and walk in clients. Manage the building key requests, key inventory and electronic access. Maintain all department schedules. Develop relationships with other hospital departments ensuring all infection control, safety regulations and policys are communicated to the team for the protection of the crew and patients.

Management of rental suites. Responsible for all aspects of maximizing rental income from marketing units, screening tenants, maintenance and renovations, bookeeping and accounting.
