My practice focused on representing commercial entities and private individuals related to personal injury and real property damage claims arising from environmental exposure. Handled medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, trucking-related claims and landlord-tenant habitability lawsuits, through the preparation of responsive pleadings, discovery and depositions, motions for summary judgment, to preparing cases for trial. In my medical malpractice work, I defended physicians and hospitals throughout the Bay Area including claims of medical malpractice, elder abuse, and premises liability. I also defended personal injury claims on behalf of a multinational parcel delivery corporation and an international elevator and escalator manufacturer.
