Currently, I ensure taxpayers of the 3rd District of Cook County and beyond, are educated on the subject of Property Taxation. Within the first two years of holding this position, I hosted more than 150 events across Cook County. I implemented a texting service and email database to expand our reach in the community. I created interesting PowerPoint presentations and visual aids to present at the forums. To expand our reach, we work with religious organizations, community advocates, public officials, including alderman, state senators, and mayors, so the needs of the community are met. I manage staff allocation, book venues, host virtual events and continue to find new and inventive ways to educate as many property owners as possible.

I am the lead analyst for all Condominium appeals for one of three independently elected Commissioners at the Board of Review. I adjudicate appeals of residential, commercial, and income-producing properties, some exceeding a market value of $300 million. I have been stipulating appeals and preparing evidence for cases before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board for more than six years. I worked with OnBase, as a SME (Systems Matter Expert) contributing to a system being built to make the Board of Review the first agency in Cook County to become completely digital.
