• Responsible for creating and executing original private label Activewear designs for Ebb & Flow, Embrace Your Love, Love Charm, and Love Charm Sport.• Merchandise collections inclusive of Junior and Missy tops, bottoms, and sets, communicating with Buyers regularly.• Elevate seasonal packaged legging programs for national wholesale clubs, Walgreens, and CVSPharmacies.• Manage production approval process from fabric development, trim, color, fit, and final Production.• Travel both domestically and internationally to vendors to work through new development,production, and sourcing innovative fabrics and trims.

• Design private label and licensed Children’s Wear collections for Nanette Lepore, Material Girls, Hello Kitty, Marilyn Monroe, New Chic and Baby Phat.• Create initial development tech packs with detailed sketches and construction call outs.• Design all original designs, graphics as well as logo trimming and hardware.• Manage color approvals, print/graphic development, and fabric sourcing.• Present seasonal designs to Buyers and Licensors from initial concept to final collection.

• Support designers to create collections for all brands which includes Material Girls, Hello Kitty, and Marilyn Monroe.• Manage sampling, fabric sourcing and development packages.• Communicate product updates, strike off and lab dip comments to overseas and cross functionalteams.• Develop seasonal CADs, design concepts, illustrator flats, and production tech packs.• Shop for sample garments, fabrics, trims and hardware in garment district.• Research inspiration and color stories for all seasons.
