Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector for the County of Orange Office of the Treasurer-Tax Collector includes oversight of Investments, Property Tax & Central Collections and Administrative Support Divisons for the Office of the Treasurer Tax-Collector (TTC) and reports directly to the elected Treasurer-Tax Collector. TTC is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely receipt, deposit, collection, investment and paying out of Public Funds. They are the banker for the County, Community College and School Districts and other Special Districts. TTC is responsible for booking and collection of approximately $8.2 billion in property taxes and investment of approximately $14 billion dollars.

Director of Administrative Services includes oversight of Budget, Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, other Administrative Support Functions for the Office of the Treasurer Tax-Collector (TTC). Make decisions on operations, implement policy, handle personnel and Human Resources issues, make hiring decisions, communicate with the CEO’s office and Board of Supervisors and various other responsibilities.
