This position requires me to operate advanced avatar software for training purposes. As a Simulation Specialist, I learn practical scenarios and use this software to practice these conversations in real time with teachers, doctors, and other who benefit from practicing difficult conversations. We through a scenario and reflect on the experience together, providing a chance to practice tough scenarios and an opportunity for self reflection. Though my time at Mursion, I have learned over 40+ scenarios. Additionally, I have assisted on writing over 20 scenarios with our Design Team, representing Mursion on client calls, performing demonstrations, and cultivating ideal objectives and practices with the team.

This position required me to usher new agents into the office, guide them through on-boarding, teach our newer agents our KW Portal Technology, and help out current agents with their day to day management of our systems. In an office with over 200 agents, maintaining strong relationships with them while keeping them organized was a key component of my position.
