Part of a team that administers the system and related functions by which claims, related information and other transaction files, are received/sent and distributed by Premera, to/from customers through various electronic means. I work in development of programs and documentation to educate staff and customers on EDI services and related procedures. Incumbent configures system set-up, services/maintains related accounts, and distributes necessary connectivity to customers, researches and resolves customer difficult inquiries. Customers include; Trading partners (i.e., all healthcare provider types, software vendors, billing agents, payers/carriers, etc.), Premera business markets and technical segments. Particiapte in assignments/projects as subject matter expert. Responsible for moderate to complex analysis activities to triage, validate and identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and root cause in order to support decision making processes.
