A scientist passionate about using cell-free DNA to find better ways to treat cancer and other diseases.Molecular diagnostics test development and clinical results interpretation: • Molecular biologist with over 14 years of experience in molecular diagnostics, liquid biopsy, laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) for cancer diagnostics, including expertise in NGS, ddPCR, PCR, qPCR and mass spectrometry. Specimen types analyzed included blood, plasma, tissue, FFPE, FNA, cytology, CSF, effusion, urine, buccal swab, fecal samples.• Key contributor in the development of a blood-based cancer profiling test, MSK-ACCESS, from conception to full New York State Department of Health approval for clinical deployment, at MSKCC.• Participated in weekly clinical molecular diagnostic test results interpretation at MSKCC Molecular Diagnostic Service from 2016-2020.
