Responsible for driving negative pressure wound technology usage and adoption in Acute Care and Long Term Acute Care environments. TSM’s are responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, educating customers on product distinctions, features, and utilization. Responsible for representing the Company in sales calls, and focused on achieving financial and strategic goals for their assigned territory.

Delivers product related programs to appropriate audiences and groups that position MHC product usage as outstanding solutions for safe, gentle and effective wound healing. Coordinates clinical activities with designated Area Sales Manager and Account Managers, NPWT to assist in the achievement of sales goals to improve patient and clinical outcomes. Acts as the primary clinical resource for Account Managers, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented. Provides training and support for new hire Account Managers as outlined in MBO. In addition, assist with classroom training, field training and training at National Sales or area NPWT meetings as requested by the NPWT learning and development manager and NPWT marketing. Represents MHC at industry tradeshows and related wound care conferences.

Attain territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customer relationships. Deliver sales presentations on Santyl and Regranex Pharmaceuticals to Key customers and customer groups. Generate use of products by utilizing customer champions and by educating customers with provided sales collaterals.

Drive product (VAC) & (Graft Jacket) referrals in assigned territory. Developed and implemented strategic sales plans, enabling extraordinary revenue generation in assigned territory. Developed and maintained relationships with key decision makers, met with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and goals, which resulted in a steady increase of selling opportunities. Educated clinicians, physicians, and other key decision makers on VAC & Graft Jacket benefits, usage and features — achieved a high retention rate of product unit growth. Provided educational presentations with a wide variety of formats.
