- Managed and supervised the training, learning, and on site experience of teams of 5-9 young adults serving with AmeriCorps to be tutors and mentors to elementary aged youth- Sat on MTSS and CARE teams for student support and co-lead restorative justice practice initiatives for the school. - Supported during and afterschool clubs based on academics and extra curricular needs for up to 30 elementary students.- Coordinated a 3 day, day camp providing academic and culturally responsive teaching workshops for 100 elementary students.
