After many years in the fitness industry, I discovered my passion for yoga. Its combination of movement, stillness, and philosophy has brought me closer to my true essence. Through my own exploration of yoga, I have discovered a deep connectedness with all life and a corresponding joy of existing in harmony and balance with the planet. I have also learned the pleasure of experiencing life in the moment.
