- Collaborate with Outreach and Event departments to design team branding- Utilize art as a vehicle for social justice and commentary, assist facilitating 3-4 annual exhibitions

- Advisor on a team of 100 student staff responsible for transitioning 10,500 new students & 3,000 family members to UCLA- Manage department communications with students & families via phone, email, and UCLA message center- Conduct individual academic advising appointments with 200 new students about degree requirements and school goals

- Implement community programs and community outreach- Curate programs providing resources for students and other campus partners- Achieve 6-8 workshops yearly that focus to educate and demystify

- Compile established research into an argumentative literature review- Conduct & film 7 interviews with Asian-mixed students on identity, intra-familial racism, and feelings of non-belonging in monoracial communities and journeys of cultural claim into a short documentaryFaculty Mentor: Dr. Ju Hui Judy Han

- Create study surveys on Qualtrics- Adjust AI software, PlayHT, in civic story vocalizations- Facilitate weekly meetings with the supervising professorFaculty Mentor: Dr. Chris Wegemer

- Create competition choreography for the team- Direct rehearsals pertaining to choreography- Run the casting and blocking process

- Design and produce merchandise for leadership and general team throughout the year- Create costumes for 40 person team 2-3 times a year for competitions and performances- Arrange themes, dress code, and locations for team photo shoots multiple times a year- Coordinate conflict resolution among members

- Direct rehearsals ranging from 8-12 hours for dancers during preparation for shows and competitions- Choreograph pieces for 20-30 students- Organize shows in collaboration with other instructors including dance styles of ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, modern, and more- Manage annual stage performances of 100-120 dancers multiple times a year
