Increased revenue by 237% and gross profit by 431%; full P&L responsibility; revenue and gross profit forecasting.Re-tooled best practices to align with MS’s Solution Framework further reducing closing rates and development time.

Hired as the foundation programmer/analyst in the newly created Information Services Department. Promoted to Assistant Manager of IS following successful achievement of Department growth to five developers and one Test/QA staff member. Improved relationship and practices used by the Sales and Application Development Departments resulting in a 25% revenue increase.
