I am an experienced executive with a uniquely rich background in finance and operations. From 2019-2022, I was responsible for the financial planning of one of the largest, most complicated mergers in the history of the US telecommunications industry. In doing so, my work enabled the raising of more than $20B in the US public debt market and established the roadmap for the attainment of more than $43B in total synergies. Today, 30 months after the close of the merger, the combined company is well ahead of its committed synergy and customer growth targets, resulting in a more than 60% improvement in equity valuation.Prior to leading the financial planning for this record setting merger, I led Corporate Financial Planning for the third largest telecom in the US from the time of it initially going public through a reverse merger transaction. During that period, my work was instrumental in driving a quadrupling of equity price through expert budgeting, incentive planning, KPI steering, and financial analysis. My ability to drive the attainment of superior financial results in a variety of challenging environments stems from a unique background in Operations and Engineering that sets me apart from most financial professionals. My varied experience allows me to anticipate and account for real world complications in plans. Thereby providing optionality and contingencies that allow for achieving objectives even in tumultuous environments.

Vice President - Corporate Financial Planning & AnalysisT-Mobile Apr 2013 - Jan 2018Bellevue, Wa, UsI led the corporate FP&A function for this business valued at more than $30B, which included overseeing a team of professionals tasked with short- and long-term planning, financial forecasting, and analysis. This entailed working with teams across the enterprise and coordinating their activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information. This information was utilized in preparing financial reports to support sound decisions by C-suite executives and the Board of Directors, which impacted the direction, growth, and profitability of the company. • Developed and executed financial plans that delivered superb financial performance and contributed to record-setting customer growth. • Overhauled $4B+ capital budget approval and administration process through improved fiscal controls and stronger accountability for project deliverables. • Increased EBITDA BY 15% and cash from operations by 17% in 2014, despite the negative working capital impact of record volumes of interest-free financing of customer headsets. -
Vice President - Churn And RetentionT-Mobile Jun 2012 - Apr 2013Bellevue, Wa, UsI was selected to transition into this role, following the unexpected departure of my predecessor, to take over a team of 30 that had responsibility for managing the customer experience for the company’s customer base. The focus was on retaining customers that were cancelling or switching their services to competitors. My team worked on identifying root causes and developing appropriate remediation strategies, which included a suite of offers for “at risk” customers and proactive outreach to the customer base. • Implemented measures that drove down churn rates to the lowest point in more than 4 years • Improved retained revenue by $250M, reducing the need for cost-cutting programs. • Upon completion of the initiative, led the dissolution of the team and integrated them into key departments across the company, reducing staffing requirements by 50% while maintaining positive momentum in churn improvements. -
Vice President - Local Channel ManagementT-Mobile Jun 2011 - Jun 2012Bellevue, Wa, UsAfter massive company restructurings, I was selected to stabilize a struggling sales support organization, which was lacking leadership, and help them navigate through this difficult transition. I had accountability for oversight of two functional areas, one that provided financial support to management of sales regions with combined revenue of $10B+, and the other that provided comprehensive financial reporting to internal customers. I supervised a team of 110 across both functions. • Built a 40-member local financial support team from the ground up, which successfully met corporate EBITDA objectives and delivered highly effective field promotions. • Rebuilt the reporting team and established SOPs and key deliverables in consultation with client teams across the nation. • Restored sense of teamwork and cooperation with internal clients across the enterprise, reversing a negative perception. -

This was partially due to lack of formal leadership for the prior 6 months. I was charged with improving poor network performance and the cell site development process, in order to drive sustained network reliability and sharply reduce costs in this strategically critical market. • Exceeded site development goals in every quarter while improving network availability to 99.9%. • Launched next-generation network technologies ahead of schedule. -
