Responsible for the Planning, coordination, and operations of civilian evacuations via motor coaches throughout the gulf coast and eastern seaboard in the event of a disaster scenario. Operations Manager during Hurricane Katrina/Rita responsible for operational oversight of 1100 motor coaches, the evacuation of 150,000 civilians, logistical control of forward operating areas, multi-parish staging areas, comprehensive dispatch tracking and staff/driver welfare. Sr. Field Manager for Hurricane Gustav/Ike, responsible for operational stability, internal operational support for FEMA Region IV Headquarters and responsible for Federal Ambulance Tracking system via State of Texas.
