The Online Help and Communications Team is a shared service focused on Online Help, Helpful Internal Communication, Analytics and Technology, and Culture and Engagement. As a part of this team, I develop external facing help materials for NBS products by creating help demonstration videos, training videos, knowledgebase articles, interactive e-learning content, and maintain quality assurance for the content created.

RenWeb was acquired by FACTS Management a tier within Nelnet Business Solutions in June 2014. Shortly after that time, my job title changed to Online Help & Communication Specialist.

New School Liaison at RenWeb assisting with service and training issues and escalations. Coordinated with Customer Support, RenWeb Professional Services and the Training Department to resolve any issues the customer was facing and tracked the status and contacts throughout the process. Followed up with the schools on a bi-weekly basis to determine if they were satisfied or had additional needs and educated the school on value added services and notified Product Management if the customer was interested in learning more.

First level customer support technician with deep-level working knowledge over various specialized areas of a school software management program. Specializing in Accounting and Moodle. Assist administrators and teachers at 4,000+ schools who utilize the software by telephone and chat supported by quickly determining the nature of issues/needs and initiating appropriate repair/education actions to resolve. Perform training's at Power Conference or webinars as needed. Attend continuing education training and provide troubleshooting assistance to programmers when needed. Assist in New School Liaison Program with mentoring new schools and transitioning them into RenWeb.
