Worked as part of an opening management team to open Louisiana's newest Premiere Casino & Hotel.Managed an opening Front of House staff of approximately 125 employees in Stadium Restaurant (an upscale sports bar concept) as well as a PJs Coffee Shop on property. Developed Standard Operating Procedures for staff and worked in developing training for all new staff pre-opening. Responsible for scheduling all FOH employees, as well as ordering supplies and making sure all policies and procedures are followed accurately. Developed on-going training materials to be used after opening.

Manage a team of approximately 40 front-line employees and 4 supervisors to ensure excellence in Guest service and profitability. Ensure excellence in food quality and cleanliness. Train and develop staff in new policies and procedure to improve restaurant efficiency and raise service standards. Managed inventory, helped in development of new menu items, while ensuring proper profitability for venue.. Accomplishments:Increased positive Guest reviews for venue. Streamlined operations to maximize labor and ensure excellence in Guest service.Taught property-wide Guest Service classes.

Developed corporate training materials for staff and management. Helped train Managers and Franchise Owners. Conducted frequent Franchisee Quality/ Compliance checks and prepared reports. Worked to coordinate openings of new locations (including training staff and management). Filled in, when needed as a store manager when different locations were in need. Accomplishments:Redeveloped entire management training program within a 6 month periodHelped with and coordinated approximately 5 new store openings over the course of 2 years.

Supervised all Food & Beverage staff on casino floor. (including bartenders, bar backs, cocktail servers, and food preps.) Took inventories monthly, placed food orders, and made staff schedules. Made sure that all policies and procedures were followed. Accomplishments:Was asked to return as a Food & Beverage Manager 2 years later.

Started as a bartender, serving bar guests and making drinks. Ensuring all Guests had a positive experience. Was promoted to shift supervisor and eventually Restaurant Manager. Helped to develop Front of House training programs that did not exist prior. Did staff scheduling, cash handling, coordinated large catering orders, performed weekly inventories, managed labor and food cost.Accomplishments:Helped create Front of House training programs that are still used by the company in present day.
