Creating unique and effective pricing strategies that optimize outcomes and strengthen the product, team and business unit is my main objective. I have more than a decade of experience building these pricing strategies as a manager and business owner, and through the skilled teams and cross departmental partnerships I’ve built. My goal is always to use data to build robust, flexible and results-focused strategies that maximize revenues and meet the needs of consumers, internal teams and business objectives.I found my passion within the pricing field when I pivoted from my early corporate work in market intelligence and finance. I successfully delivered cost saving models for the company, earned promotions, optimized departmental processes and built a larger and more effective pricing team through my management work. In just the past few years my teams and I have taken on more projects and priced hundreds of new products with fewer resources, and this is just one of the concrete deliverables I accomplished through rigorous thinking and regular process review and enhancement. I am passionate about pricing. I love building new models using a myriad of business skills and experience, hard science in the form of data analysis, a bit of art in the form of creative thinking. I am able to provide more than sales and marketing support, I am able to leverage effective pricing strategy pricing to deliver increased profitability through cost savings and increased revenue.One of my favorite pricing projects was the development of a contract compliance program that resulted in a 25X ROI, adding significant revenue increases and price erosion reductions for the business. I did this after independently identifying a significant business gap and then creating and running a pilot of a centralized, monitoring and enforcement program, all with limited resources.
