Dana began her customer service training at a young age working in her Mother's Restaurant. She earned a degree in healthcare, becoming a Registered Nurse in 1999 and has worked in the real estate industry since 2006. She continued on and obtained her Managing Brokers License in 2008 and opened her current real estate brokerage, A-1 Illinois Realty in 2015. Understanding the value of continuing her education, Dana has earned the ™GRI™ (Graduate of Realtor Institute) ™AHWD™ (At Home with Diversity) RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations; she is a full time Realtor who continues to attend workshops and seminars to stay on top of the latest technology, trends and service models available to assist her in serving her buyers and sellers in today's ever changing market.Mrs. Allen has served on the Board of Directors at the Staunton Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the Board of Realtors with her local real estate association, as well as a board member with the ITS Trail Committee.
