These efforts resulted in an active monthly giving roster of more than 240,000 sustainers with an average gift of $24, resulting in $100M in gross revenue for year five. - Revived existing programs by introducing emerging technologies and trends, updating creative formats and response options. I've incorporated media buying models that improved DRTV and brand metrics, overall media performance and visibility. - Restructured donor acquisition and cultivation teams and strategies.My understanding of what drives successful change and scalable growth led to improved collaboration, channel optimization and revenue generation resulting in 42% revenue growth in two years. - Educated foundations and first time fundraisers on how to use research for effective storytelling and inspiring, enabling and empowering staff, supporters and prospects to be brand ambassadors and fundraisers.I developed a blueprint for a yearlong virtual and on-site learning program that brought together fundraisers from around the world to provide the conceptual framework and practical application of fundraising in order to raise more financial resources in their local communities. - Consulted on every piece of the nonprofit fundraising process with a special focus on direct response television (DRTV), monthly giving and multicultural donors.I have helped nonprofits establish and boost brand recognition and fundraising efforts to the tune of $1B+ in 10 years.
