Hello! My name is Danaca Marier, I am an open minded, hard working, born leader, passionate about inspiring and helping others.Embarking on a dynamic supply chain journey, my role as a Packer at Purity Life is integral to maintaining a seamless supply chain. With a commitment and focus on lean management principles, our team succeeds in delivering perfectly packaged orders, showcasing our dedication to efficiency and superior service quality, and upholding a culture of collaboration, attention to detail, and making a difference.Previously, as a Content Developer and Program Facilitator at the University of Toronto, I honed skills in curriculum development and educational program delivery. These experiences solidify my commitment to fostering collaborative environments and enhancing operational workflows directly contributing to my effectiveness in the fast-paced environment at Purity Life. Guided by a mission to inspire and assist, I leverage this diverse background to foster a collaborative culture and drive operational improvements within our warehouse operations. I have gained lots of skills including lesson planning, working with youth, and indigenous education. We focused on the idea of teaching STEM through an indigenous land based pedagogy. I have been with the Girl Guides organization for almost 13 years where I gained lots of skills such as leadership, community development, and working with youth. I obtained awards such as Lady Baden-Powell Award, Canada Cord, and The Bronze Trailblazer Leadership Award. I continue my path with Girl Guides into my adulthood as a volunteer leader working to shape youth lives and inspiring the next generation.I value community and importance of relationships and have put 300+ volunteer hours into my community with the 242 Erin Air Cadets, 442 Erin Legion, and the Upper Credit Humane Society.
