• Parkland’s Commercial division delivers bulk fuels and propane to over 500,000 customers ranging from residences to large industrial sites. I stepped in to restructure operations in Western Canada following the.
• Drove profitability of $66M in 2018 with the Western Canadian operations team of 350 employees, over 300 fuel trucks, $10M in capital and $95M in operating budgets.
• Restructured operations team responsibilities to drive field level success. Drove decision-making down and supported field employees in customer delight and safe operations.
• Promoted safe operations at every level, cutting critical safety indicators by more than half in 14 months. Developed field level hazard assessment as a critical activity and “near miss” reporting as a key leading.

• As a serial acquirer, Parkland focuses strongly on integration. I built the formal integration function, systems, and team.
• Led all integration activities from strategy to execution in partnership with senior leadership and the Board, with a focus on speed, scalability, and repeatability, and exceeded synergy savings projections by over 10%.
• Successfully integrated Parkland’s two largest acquisitions – CST Canada ($1B) and Pioneer Energy ($350M) – including managing complex Competition Bureau requirements.
• Integrated 16 additional acquisitions adding 1,200 gas stations, 86,000 customers, 2,000 employees, and over $200M in annualized EBITDA.
