Managed software development projects using .NET technologies and the SCRUM methodology.Managed the Challenge Grant program to expand health information exchange among long-term care facilities in Maryland. This included technical integration projects, outreach and roll-out of the Chesapeake Regional Information System for Our Patients (CRISP) HIE Portal, and strategy development work surrounding Advance Directives.

As PMO Director I participated in the creation of PMO processes, procedures, organization wide implementation and adoption of project management software (Clarity). In the HIT area, primary responsibility was for initiatives related to the HITECH Act, which is a part of the stimulus package (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - ARRA). This included work in the Medicaid HIT area, Behavioral Health Records, and the Louisiana Health Information Exchange (LaHIE).

Hired as Director of business intelligence, quickly promoted to Vice President of this fast-paced, rapid-growth home health care public company. Leadership responsibility for Software Development, Software QA/Testing, and Database Administration. Reported to the CIO.
