Daniel leads an incredible team of Business Development Officers who work with privately held businesses with annual sales of $2-$10 million.Daniel is accountable for the effective selection, training, development, and engagement of these highly skilled and focused business finance professionals. Working with a group of internal and external small business experts, his team provides lending, financial technology (treasury management), merchant services, and other critical banking products that allow business owners, and the local community, succeed and grow. Our team collaborates with other local professionals to advocate for small businesses. We actively engage with the community, and we consistently provide easy to understand solutions that help business owners minimize risk and build wealth. Daniel has 24+ years of professional banking experience across multiple states and business segments, including commercial credit, agriculture, healthcare, and investment real estate. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Chapman University and an MBA from Alliant University; he is also an adjunct Finance Professor at George Washington University, National University, and Collin College.
