Maintained all medical/vaccination records and current credit cards, AHA and USEF cards were current. Submitted complete and accurate show entries and provided necessary documentation.Assisted the Trainer in ordering feed and supplies, meds, shavings, grooming supplies, scheduling employees, farm maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and travel arrangements.Equine Sales & Boarding: Prepared contracts and obtained client signatures. Equine check-in and departure - includes pictures, listing any equipment/supplies that came with the horse, and making sure any special meds/needs were handled.Events / Client Engagement: Produced sale presentations, both public and private. This included ‘Order of Go’ sheets for visitors, food and beverages, and any entertainment or extras needed, depending upon the size and type of the presentation.Show Duties: Responsible for submitting show entries, making schedules for each owner so they knew when their horse was showing, and getting current AHA/USEF cards, designed and set up show booths, ordered catering/beverage service. Assured clients and potential buyers had the best experience during the show.Sales Auction Events / Production Management: Created budgets, created the theme, planned the schedule of events working with the equine presentation team, arranged hospitality, contracted all services staff, and reconciled the accounting before and after the event.
