- Advocate and assist by negotiating renewal contracts with the Head of School, IT directors, and principals.
- Effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
- Understand client expectations/requirements to be able to navigate renewal discussions.
- Provide feedback on existing products and make recommendations regarding new product features.
- Research, analyze, develop, and recommend processes and procedures to improve the customer's overall experience.
