Supervised Treatment Alcohol and Narcotic Dependency (STAND) Juvenile Drug Court Program within Third Circuit Court of Wayne County to provide general and high-level clinical oversight and guidance through SAMSHA Evidence Based Practice and weekly treatment plans for youth and their family. • Mentored juveniles’ participants throughout a 10–12-week session reducing barriers for educational and employment goals and expungement of minor record once completed.• Facilitated groups that assisted in providing advocation, mentorship and treatment to prevent teenagers from using alcohol and other substances.• Communicated with probation officers to solve problems, identifying family roles, substance use triggers, and environmental concerns that catalyzed the police/court attention.Supervised the Empowering Peers in the Community (EPIC) program that assisted persons diagnosed with both mental health and substance abuse disorders with recovery support.• Maintained collection of data for funding source along with maintaining the daily needs of the staff and overseeing quality of services provided. • Coordinated services for the client to obtain identification, state benefits or social security cards to qualify for community programs and state benefits.
