Responsible for all day-to-day program management and employee interface, working closely with on-site staff managers to ensure successful operations of over 10 government contract programs and over 50-60 employees. Manages all staffing requirements and interfacing with candidates, staffing firms, clients and managers, to include recruiting/sourcing and interviewing.

Supported all Human Resources activities for recruiting, staffing, on-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations and other related HR functions, working closely with staff managers and clients. Provided occasional proposal support, assisting with writing, editing and developing proposals and RFPs. Involved in process creation/writing for Newberry's on-boarding, recruiting, and HR processes and trained in CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) for process improvement (CMMI for Services v1.2).
