My focus here is on administration tasks, scheduling and communication, and marketing our YouTube channel and our March via social media. I manage the operations budget and prepare for monthly budget meetings by creating expense reports and invoices. I also schedule all company meetings, ensure the admin work is done for sponsorship deals and keep records in order for human resources, company assets etc. It is also my responsibility to create content for social media and create and present analytics reports for monthly meetings.

I did this by ensuring clients and staff's questions were answered timely and accurately, and sessions and meetings were booked promptly. In this role, my focus was on the front desk administration duties, marketing and creating a space for clients to be welcomed and educated.
