The PQAC supports, develops and prepares amateur athletes for competition and provides instruction in sport as well as life outside of sports through educational components and workshops designed to prepare athletes to be leaders and obtain other imperative life skills to become Pure Quality Athletes and productive members of society. Pure Quality Athletic Wear™ is a sports apparel company dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals via a product line that enhances daily exercise and encourages healthy life style choices. Through her label, Pure Quality Athlete™, athletic apparel is designed and manufactured for organized athletic teams to everday athletic wear. Proceeds from the sales of the product line helps their private foundation, The Pure Quality Athletic Club™, which provides uniforms/sports equipment to youth athletic programs around the world. Currently PQAC is educating, and supporting athletic programs in the US, Ghana, Mali and the Congo. Ross has written a film and book, “Black Fatherhood: Reconnecting with Our Legacy,” which takes an intriguing look at Black fathers from their time of enslavement to the present. The book has been added to several curriculums in colleges located in the US and abroad.Currently Ross is overseeing and producing the daily operations of Pure Quality Enterprises and its affiliate brands in the health, fitness, beauty, entertainment and eco-conscious industries.
