With over 20 years of experience in the impact sector, I am a Program Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, where I provide leadership and oversight of economic development investments in Haiti and Mexico. I execute programmatic and field-building efforts through partnerships, collaborations, and coalition-building that promote financial security for families and communities through income-generation strategies focused on agriculture, entrepreneurship, value-chain development, ecosystem building, and a systems change approach.As an international thought leader, I share insights and best practices through high-impact speaking engagements and university lectures across the Americas, Caribbean, and Africa. I also stimulate innovative financing and co-funding to support groundbreaking community-led solutions by forging uncommon strategic partnerships with public and private sectors, donors, and investors. Additionally, I chair the Governance and DEI Committees for a network of over 200 international donors, championing good governance, stewardship, and inclusion to advance trust-based philanthropy and equity-centered approaches. I am driven by an unwavering belief that deep transformational change is possible in our lifetime, and I am dedicated to leveraging my extensive experience, value-based leadership, passion, and service to humanity through transformational systems change for a different future than our present.
