This established music production company was seeking more traditional business experience to facilitate its management and growth. I was recruited to retool the business plan as the music industry was changing and facing new challenges.

As a Principal in this software development and delivery organization, I led initiatives for growth and business development within the not-for-profit space. This role exposed me to the potential challenges as well as the significant strategic advantages of using a global resource model for software development.

I was recruited to this role to cultivate business in the non-profit market. Initiating and managing relationships with leaders of non-profit companies, I gained a deep understanding of the values important to the organization and the technological capabilities needed to fulfill their objectives. To help them achieve success and further their mission, we partnered to manage the software acquisition process, from initial evaluation and selection to formal RFP review and negotiation.

In this role, I had the opportunity to lead initiatives surrounding strategic planning for development projects.

As part of the Fundraising Group with the Foundation, I represented Development's interests in the proposed technology solutions and coordinated implementation. The biggest project of note was the planning and integration of a large-scale Oracle platform. Additionally, oversaw development systems and funds management for 2-year, $100 million dollar campaign.
