-Lead HR team and work with leadership to manage Ops functions across 3 plants (700)-Strategically align operations initiatives with business needs-Locally manage HRIS transitions including SAP SuccessFactors and modules, Workforce T&A, and other collaborative HRIT efforts -Manage performance, growth and succession planning for blue and white collar associates

• Manage North Campus plant operations in all HR functions including employee relations, policy interpretation, disciplinary action, rewards, benefits and leave administration, time and attendance, payroll issue resolution.• Cross functional partner in supporting global corporate initiatives: HRIS processes, engagement programs, policy roll outs.• Screen and onboard hourly and BU associates; manage internal hourly applications and promotions.• Benefits: Support all employees in open enrollment, new hire, qualifying events, FMLA, STD, and any other benefits questions as necessary.• Analyze data related to Operations to improve company efficiencies.• Present HR initiatives to management, daily.• Strategize employee engagement activities.• Maintain records and files, respond to State requests (QMSO, Employment Verification, Unemployment)

• Recruiting: Review resumes, conduct interviews and place candidates in company-wide manufacturing roles. Consistently communicate with staffing agencies to fill open positions and monitor current temporary staff. • Manage all employee time and attendance; assist in weekly payroll processing.• Conduct new hire and temporary orientations, explain benefit options and enroll new associates; communicate with benefits agencies.• Communicate with staffing agencies and plant leadership with regard to all issues pertaining to employee attendance, job openings and special issues.• Associate relations. • Monitor full-time employee performance, flag performance issues, process terminations.• Systems management: company intranet, bulletin boards, slideshow communications, training program tracking.
